Volunteer on Malta

One of the world’s smallest countries, an archipelago that comprises seven islands, attracts tourist from all over the world with its breath-taking small beaches, hidden coves, diving opportunities and rich history. Malta, island country in the Mediterranean Sea, also offers great opportunities for those, who live and study in Malta or would like to volunteer and invest in personal and professional growth. All that enables the NSTS Foundation (NSTF) founded by a group of students for students of all ages. Its primary goal is to provide unique non-formal educational experience. The Foundation also encourages young people to travel and participate in International events.

Volunteering

The NSTF is looking for someone, who has a bit more time. 6 to 12 months mainly during from October till May. Those are their busiest months. However, they accept volunteers in summer also; but it is more administrative work rather than hands on work related to the programmes. Are you young, preferably University Student, with an enthusiastic approach for work, open minded and capable of handling stress? Are you able to bring forth innovative ideas and ready to rely on teamwork, communication and cooperation? Are you proficient in English, practical and flexible in the way you prioritise your responsibilities? If yes, you are a guy or a girl for them.

Your tasks will encompass: help organise programmes, answer emails, setting up meetings and helping with accounts and budgeting. The NSTF will waiver the volunteering costs and offer free accommodation. As we are writing, they are still working on volunteering program, so the applications have not yet been launched. However, you will be able to find it soon on their website.

We will present just programmes for students, as foreigners can apply in case they are studying in Malta.
